Another food post, sorry!

My hubby, the excellent cook that he is, slow cooked a tri-tip for hours today. Then he took it out and put it on the grill and never put a drop of marinade or bbq sauce on it.

He brought it in and was so proud. I said, it's tri-tip, don't you normally smother them in bbq sauce?

So he did.

Enter He-man, who I was afraid would eat it all anyway. With no prompting, he said, mmmm this is pretty good. I think it's the bbq sauce.

I just love these comedy moments. They couldn't be scripted any better!
