It's cheer curlz! I didn't roll mine right. I could have rolled it where they would have been more ringlet like Hayley's. But Hales' were rolled when they were a little wet, so they didn't stay in as long. This pic was after they had cheered all day, tumbled, played, you name it. Suzi's stayed like this for 3 days :)
